Order Processing & Delivery Time

Delivery Time:

• Order Processing: 3–5 business days
• Standard Delivery: 15–20 business days
• Express Delivery: 7–10 business days

Shipping Costs:

• Standard Shipping: 80 SEK for orders 0–598 SEK
• Express Shipping: 175 SEK
• Free Shipping: for purchases over 599 SEK

Shipping Methods:

We collaborate with established carriers such as 4PX, YunExpress, Wanb Express, and UBI for secure and stable delivery.

Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 3–5 business days.
• Delivery Time: After the order has been dispatched, delivery normally takes 15–20 business days, depending on the destination.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Potential Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to incorrect address details or customs processing. We always do our best to resolve such situations as quickly as possible.

Tracking Information

• When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
• If tracking information does not appear within 5 days, please contact us.

Tracking Issues:

If the tracking shows "No information available," please check again later. The delivery time is not affected even if the tracking status has not yet been updated.

Taxes & Customs Duties

• No additional taxes are charged at the time of purchase.
• Stated delivery times do not include any delays caused by customs processing.
