Return Policy Overview: While we strive for our products to meet your expectations, we understand that returning an item may sometimes be necessary. Please read our return policy carefully, including cases where a return is not possible.

Order Processing Time: Once your order has been placed, our team will process and dispatch it within 3-5 business days. Cancellation is possible if requested before the item has been shipped and within the timeframe specified at checkout.

Who can return and receive a refund:

  • If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt.
  • Non-returnable items: We do not accept returns on products that have been used, washed, damaged, altered, or where price tags have been removed. Items that affect resale are also non-returnable.
  • Damaged or faulty items: If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service with pictures showing the problem. Please wait for instructions before returning.

Return process:

  1. Receive your item → Not satisfied with the purchase
  2. Contact customer service: Send an email to initiate a return.
  3. Meet return conditions: The product must be unused, in original packaging, and not affect resale.
  4. Receive return address: Our customer service will send the correct return address via email after verifying the return request.
  5. Ship the item back: Send the product to the provided return address. Attach a screenshot of the return shipping information when contacting customer service.
  6. Confirmation and refund: Once we have received and inspected the item, we will confirm and process the refund.

Return shipping costs:

  • Customer responsibility: If you return due to personal preference or other reasons not caused by damage or defect, you are responsible for the return shipping. The cost depends on the chosen shipping company.
  • Our responsibility: If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping.

Refund time: Typically, refunds are processed within 3 days of receipt. Please note that banks may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

  • Do not return to the original address: Returns should not be sent to the original delivery address unless otherwise specified. Customer service will provide the correct return address after verification.
  • Shipping costs and handling fees: We do not charge a handling fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer if the return is not due to our error.
